vans shoes skate slip-on punkandyo (black/white)

The Vans Skate Slip-On x PUNKANDYO Black/White takes one of Vans’ most iconic skate silhouettes and gives it the unmistakable graphic treatment of Montreal label PUNKANDYO. Founded in 2020 by designer Anthony Asfour and skateboarder Etienne Gagné, PUNKANDYO has built its identity around skateboarding, offbeat graphics and a deliberately raw creative language. For this collaboration, that universe is applied to the Skate Slip-On without losing the technical construction that makes the model a true skate shoe.
The upper combines canvas and suede with an all-over black-and-white PUNKANDYO pattern across the toe and heel, contrasted by white side panels. The details are what make the pair special: custom printed and embossed midsole graphics, PNY star hang-flag, neon Vans heel scab and a custom blue Vans box. The campaign imagery also highlights the bright blue and neon-green branded footbed, reinforcing the deliberately mismatched, DIY visual direction of the project.
Underneath the graphics is the full Vans Skate construction. Revised DURACAP™ reinforcements strengthen high-wear areas, while the POPCUSH™ footbed provides impact cushioning and support. A breathable mesh lining and internal tongue straps help keep the foot secure. The vulcanized construction uses Vans’ SICKSTICK™ rubber compound and classic waffle outsole for reliable grip and boardfeel.
