Psockadelic was introduced in 2014 by professional skateboarders Brian “Slash” Hansen and Justin “Figgy” Figueroa. Their idea was to connect skateboarding, music and art through a product that rarely receives much creative attention: socks. Artist BB Bastidas helped shape the brand's early visual direction, giving its graphics a wild and playful character.
Psychedelic imagery, bold stripes and unusual illustrations make Psockadelic pieces recognisable even before they are paired with skate shoes. The label's identity reflects a crew culture where the music playing during a session can matter as much as the clothes people wear. Rather than presenting socks as an afterthought, Psockadelic turns them into a small but expressive part of a skater's everyday kit.
