Thank You Skateboards was created in 2018 by Daewon Song and Torey Pudwill, two skaters whose approaches could hardly be more distinctive. Song's inventive flatground combinations and unlikely obstacles meet Pudwill's fluid, technical street skating in a project based on friendship and gratitude towards the skate community.
Art director Joshua Clements helped build the brand's early graphics, bringing expressive illustrations and playful visual ideas to its decks. Thank You is therefore more than a team-up between well-known professionals. It represents the freedom to make a skate company on their own terms, celebrate the people behind their careers and keep an element of surprise in every project. Its boards carry that open, creative attitude into everyday sessions.
