Founded in 2016 by skateboarder Tolya Titaev, Rassvet takes its name from the Russian word for “dawn.” Also written PACCBET, the label is now based in Paris and has developed an international outlook through its skate team, artists and creative collaborations. Its identity is built around movement and friendship rather than a narrowly defined national scene.
Rassvet’s clothing and board graphics draw on typography, visual art and streetwear, while its skate projects keep the focus on actual riding and shared experience. The result is a distinctive European label with a wider cultural horizon. For BUD, Rassvet shows how a skate company can connect people across cities and languages while retaining a clear, independent point of view.
