NNSNS Clothing comes from Hasselt in Belgium and is run by people with a background in skateboarding. The name is short for “nonsense”, which captures the label's deliberately loose, playful outlook. Rather than building a serious mythology around itself, NNSNS focuses on clothes and accessories with personality and an easygoing sense of humour.
Relaxed trousers, roomy shorts, graphic tees and everyday accessories form the core of its skate-inspired wardrobe. The fits favour freedom of movement, while small jokes and unexpected details give the collections their character. There is a distinctly local, independent spirit to the project. At BUD, NNSNS is about comfortable clothing for everyday life and skate sessions, without taking style too seriously.
