Dime began around 2005 as a group of friends documenting skateboarding in Montreal. With Antoine Asselin among the key figures, the crew put out clips that mixed impressive street skating with deliberate absurdity and a strong sense of fun. T-shirts came later, and a local video project gradually evolved into a clothing label with an international audience.
The Dime Glory Challenge captured that attitude by turning the conventional skate contest on its head. The brand’s apparel follows a similar contrast: clean sportswear-inspired silhouettes sit alongside tongue-in-cheek graphics and playful references. Hoodies, tees, trousers and accessories all carry the character of the Montreal scene without needing to shout about it. Under the jokes is a genuine commitment to filming, skating and building community.
