Founded in California in 1994 by Ken Block and Damon Way, DC Shoes helped make technical performance a defining part of skate footwear. The early models combined cushioning, support and durable construction with the bold proportions that came to characterise an era.
DC's team made those shoes part of skate history. Danny Way, Colin McKay and Rob Dyrdek were central names, while the 2003 film The DC Video remains a landmark production. At BUD Skateshop, the appeal of DC lies in that mix of functional skate design and instantly recognisable silhouettes—footwear whose story was written on ramps, rails and concrete.
