ACE Trucks was founded in 2007 by Joey Tershay and Steve “Shrewgy” Ruge with one main objective: make trucks that feel right when a skateboard changes direction. The brand became known for lively turning geometry, a recognisable shape and a commitment to improving performance rather than merely adding new graphics.
Its AF1 series arrived in April 2021 following extensive work on truck strength and functionality. The result is a line that appeals to skaters who think carefully about turning response, stability and control through corners and transitions. At BUD Skateshop, ACE is a reminder that truck choice is personal: matching axle width to a deck matters, but so does finding the loose or tight feel that makes a setup genuinely yours.
