Bones Wheels X-Formula Hypno Therapy V5 97A — 54mm

Built for skaters who want the response of a hard street wheel without the harsh feel on imperfect pavement, the Bones X-Formula Hypno Therapy pairs the brand’s high-rebound urethane with a versatile 97A hardness. The 54 mm diameter offers a balanced compromise between quick acceleration, technical tricks and maintaining speed over rougher ground.

X-Formula: speed, damping and controlled slides

Bones developed X-Formula to roll more smoothly over cracked and rough concrete while keeping the ability to break traction for slides. Its high rebound helps preserve momentum, while the material dampens vibration and softens impacts compared with very hard traditional street wheels. The 97A hardness brings useful grip without turning the wheel into a soft cruiser wheel.

V5 Sidecut shape

The V5 Sidecut profile uses tapered sides to reduce interference during grinds and help the wheel lock into ledges and coping. It is especially relevant to technical street skating while remaining at home in transitions and skateparks.
