Real DBX Twin Tail Cat Scratch Ishod Wair 8.5 is a Ishod Wair pro model built around Real’s Twin Tail concept and DBX basalt construction.

The deck measures 8.5″ x 32.2″. The Twin Tail layout is designed around matching tail geometry at both ends, so the board can be skated in either direction without relying on a steeper conventional nose.

DBX construction uses three layers of woven basalt fibre positioned between four standard-thickness interior veneers and two thinner face veneers. The lay-up is hot-resin pressed in multiple stages to produce a thinner, lighter deck with extra structural support, while keeping the rebound, response and pop expected from a skate deck.
